Grease Trap Cleaning
Grease trap cleaning is a necessary evil and should be performed once every three weeks to one month depending on the size of the grease trap storage tank being used in the restaurant or commercial dining institution like a hospital cafeteria. Grease trap inspections should also be considered at the time of cleaning. Once the grease trap tank has been pumped out it's much easier to inspect all parts of the trap including the filters and chambers. Sometimes corrosion from the grease and wastewater within the trap will erode away the sides and bottom forcing a brand new installation or grease trap replacement as needed.
